Nice to meet you, I am Meowii(¯ ³¯)♡ , also known as Snowy in game! I'm from Osaka/Japan, currently studying in EUROPE! I am a House Designer 🏠 for hire across EU Servers🌍! I try to avoid furniture's showing any sort of clipping as much as possible to give a nice and neat presentation for the owner. I don't cut any corners and will try my best to make everything professional and won't stop until it looks satisfying to me and most importantly, won't finish until the owner is 100% satisfied.

I am very good with working with item limit sometimes sacrificing space to make rooms look detailed. I can also do an amazing job at dark and warm lighting, allowing the area to give off a lovely cozy feel to it.

Once we agree upon the theme and price, if I need to level up a new character, I will first need to level up to Lv.15 on your home world. A small additional fee will be charged.

From there, I will need FULL PAYMENT UP FRONT ! This is due to alot of costummers scamming designers as of recently. I am not taking any risks at the moment. Read alot about it sadly..

When all that is settled, I ask you to add me as a Tennant and make sure that I have building permissions!

How long will it take?

If things flow very nicely on both of our ends, it should max take me two weeks to finish the commission! ( In some cases I go lunatic mode and it will be 1 week )Due to me moving across the country recently, I take comissions slower than usual! I'm sorry!

Terms of Service

Due to previous situations, from now on I only start commissions once the commission amount is fully paid. Once the commission cost has been paid, you will be added to my waitlist and will recieve a screenshot of my current schedule! The payment will go through a mannequin, placed in my apartment. This way we trade can be done in 1 go, instead of many trades! Note : Mannequin's have 0% tax.

If something happens and you want to cancel your commission / hire someone else, I can give back your money, however I will keep a 10% fee off of this. The reason for this charge, is as I start sketching your design before I start inside a 3D program, or someone elses house. I use my own resources from this and this eats up about 10 hours of my time before I can start.

If however, the commission gets cancelled by me, because of personal reasons or emergencies, the money will be refunded fully. Depending on the case, you will get a 10% fee paid by me on top of your refund.

Reminder : Please be nice and respectful to people you hire! I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the client is rude and / or makes me uncomfortable. Yes, I am hired to work for you, but I am still human and also deserve to be **respected! ** In case these rules can not be followed, I might refuse working with you! ( Several warnings will be given )
